Terms of Service
Last updated: March 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Dryrun, the iOS rehearsal partner app. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account
You can sign in with Google or use the app anonymously. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, we remove your account data from our servers. Cached audio files stored locally on your device are also deleted.
Subscriptions and credits
Dryrun has a free tier and a Pro plan.
Free tier: You get 200 credits when you sign up. These are one-time credits -- once they're gone, they're gone.
Pro plan: $6.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 1-week free trial. Pro gives you 1,000 credits per month, which reset on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over.
Credits are tied to your account. You can't transfer them to someone else or cash them out.
All subscriptions are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system. That means billing, renewals, and cancellations go through Apple. To cancel, go to your Apple ID subscription settings -- we can't cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Apple's own payment terms apply to all purchases.
Your content
Your scripts, recordings, and any other content you bring into Dryrun belong to you. We don't claim any rights to your content, and we don't use it to train models or sell to third parties.
We do process your scripts through our parsing service to break them into dialogue turns. This processing happens on our servers and through third-party AI services (see below), but we don't store your script content beyond what's needed to deliver the service.
What we ask of you
Keep it legal. Don't use Dryrun for anything that violates the law in your jurisdiction.
Don't try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe our backend APIs. The app talks to server endpoints for script parsing and voice generation -- please leave those alone.
Don't try to circumvent credit limits or subscription checks. Don't create multiple accounts to get extra free credits.
If we find you're violating these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Third-party services
Dryrun relies on several third-party services to work:
- Google for sign-in authentication
- Supabase for account management and data storage
- ElevenLabs for AI voice generation
- OpenAI for script parsing
- Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics
Each of these services has their own terms and privacy policies. When you use Dryrun, your data passes through some of these services as part of normal operation. We've chosen providers we trust, but their terms govern their part of the stack.
Availability and reliability
We do our best to keep Dryrun running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Third-party services go down. Networks fail. Bugs happen.
The app is designed to work offline once you've cached your audio, so rehearsals shouldn't be interrupted by server issues. But we make no guarantees about availability of the online features (script parsing, AI voice generation) at any given moment.
Limitation of liability
Dryrun is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To be direct: we are not responsible if you miss an audition, flub a presentation, or lose a role because the app didn't work the way you expected. We're a rehearsal tool, not a guarantee of performance. Use the app as one part of your preparation, not the whole thing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elias Munk and Dryrun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you're on the free tier, that's zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If we make changes that materially affect your rights, we'll notify you through the app.
Continued use of Dryrun after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the app and delete your account.
